We just finished all the electrical work, including underground mains on this luxurious Designer Display Home at HomeQuest Premier Display Home Village, Bella Vista. DISPLAY HOME, HOMEWORLD BOX HILL

Our team of electricians completed all the electricals for this beautiful brand new custom designed Display Home at HomeWorld in Box Hill, NSW.

From applying for Permission to Connect, installing the meter box, completing telecommunications and mains undergrounds and connecting power by our Level 2, to rough in and fitting internals. The project included liaising with the interior designers to discuss lighting -including a variety of pendant light at different heights-, as well as working with plumbers, luxury kitchen designer installers, and other trades.

NEW DESIGNER DUPLEX, GREYSTANES

Our team of electricians completed all the electrical work at this custom designed Duplex in Greystanes, NSW.

Meeting with builder to discuss budget and options, installing a private pole and meter box, completing telecommunications and mains undergrounds and connecting power, to rough in, fitting internals, and all external lighting, sensors, and security.

NEW BESPOKE DESIGNER HOME, BELLA VISTA

Our team at Vass Electrical completed all the electrical work at this high end bespoke home in Bella Vista, NSW.

Work included meter box, telecommunications and mains undergrounds, connecting power, rough in, fitting of internals included quality LED light switches, data hub, and all external lighting, sensors, and security.

NEW HOME WITH SWIMMING POOL, FRENCHS FOREST

All the electrical wiring and finishes was completed by our team at Vass Electrical at this luxurious two storey residence at Frenchs Forest, NSW. Electrical work included intercom monitor, external lighting, lighting provisions for inside pool lights, and circuits to pool area.

NEW RURAL DESIGNER HOME, PORTLAND

All electrical work was completed at this brand new designer home in Portland, NSW. Work included rough in and finish off, with LED downlights and client supplied pendant lights fitted in every room.

NEW CUSTOM DESIGNED HOME, SILVERDALE

Our team of electricians completed all the electricals at this brand new designer home in Silverdale, NSW.

Work included: new meter box, underground mains, private pillar and power connection by our Level 2, rough in and fitting of internals included heated towel rails, LED downlights throughout, strip lights to bathroom, pendant lights, and external lighting.

NEW AGED CARE RESIDENCE, ST IVES

Our team of electricians completed this large single storey aged care facility at St Ives, and four double storey aged care homes are scheduled to commence shortly.

Electrical work included underground mains, instal of private pole and meter box, level 2 connection and metering, rough in and finish off, including fire rated and sound proof acoustic boxes.

NEW MODERN HOME, WOODFORD

Our team of electricians at Vass Electrical have done all electrical work and undergrounds on numerous projects for Blue Mountains based Home Builders. These include new homes in Woodford, Hazelbrook, Blackheath, Wentworth Falls and Katoomba.

FULLY AUTOMATED NEW HOME AND GARAGE, GREENWICH

Our team of qualified electricians are working together with the builder and the home owner at this home that will be fully automated and fitted with a car battery charger.
